Our Beginning
CopperBeech Associates was formed in 2003 with a focus on optimizing the customer and employee experience of its clients. Since that time CopperBeech Associates has served clients in the contact center industry, general business, and the educational environment. In additon to offering its services in the area of leadership and career development in the business environment, CopperBeech Associates also offers Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® workshops for the general public as well. |

Why CopperBeech?
The Copper Beech (fagus sylvatica - riversii) and its European Beech cousins are true legacy plantings. They are described in "Dirr's Hardy Trees and Shrubs" as "a picture of character" and "if the word noble can be applied to only one kind of tree, it would probably go to the beech." It is with this stately tree in mind that CopperBeech Associates took its name, with the goal of optimizing the customer and employee experience of its clients, ensuring that the work provided is at a high level, supporting and clevating the clients brand and helping further their organization's legacy. |

Our Founder Jonathan B. Cogswell has over 30 years of experience in providing leadership to large, people and technology intensive organizations in banking, advertising, publishing, insurance, and retail. Jon has been a successful “change agent,” leading transformation in large customer service, sales, and operational organizations, revitalizing business functions, and generating positive, tangible results in both non-union and union environments. Jon has been a speaker at both national and regional conferences, addressing the topics of “Facilitating Organizational Change,” “Channel Management,” and “Implementing Change;” and, he has been an active Board Member of the Northeast Contact Center Forum (NECCF.org) since 2011. Jon is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, with a BA in Economics, and he has an MBA from Boston University, Graduate School of Management.
